For over a decade, I’ve lived in two worlds.

In one world, I’m a product leader and strategist, guiding teams through complex decisions and helping organizations find clarity in chaos. I’ve worked in publishing, education, and technology, served on boards, advised executives, and helped shape the future of both nonprofits and tech companies.

In the other world, I’m a tarot reader, poet, and artist. I’m a feminist mom raising two resilient children. I’m an environmentalist worried about the future of climate change. I’m the person colleagues quietly come to when they need to align their work with their deeper purpose.

Then one day, I realized something: these weren’t two worlds at all. They were the same world, viewed through different lenses.

I’ve used Tarot to guide my leadership style, used storytelling to make me a better strategist, and found my deep care for others and our world to be the fuel I have to keep growing.

That’s why I created The Work Witch.
