About Your Newest Strategist

My background is in strategic positioning, go-to-market strategy, and long-form content.

I’ve managed content licensing for organizations like TED Talks, PBS, and indie YouTube creators, translating complex educational value into positioning that actually converted.

I became Head of Product at 28, built product portfolios from scratch, and led teams through $13m+ in partnerships and led the product vision that saw a startup through to a $40m private equity acquisition.

I designed an information architecture system for a 2-million video catalog spanning 300+ media brands and turned it into an API product for edtech companies, LMS systems, and textbook publishers, and designed a learning journey product sold to an edtech unicorn for $8 million when they were dealing with user churn and needed a way to help students catch up on coursework.

I’ve written business-branded ebooks, white papers, sales enablement materials, pitch decks, and GTM strategies.

I’ve navigated 5 career changes across 3 countries. I’m currently earning my MBA at Michigan Ross while building The Work Witch and serving as President of FEW Japan.
